In order to continue giving my clients the absolute best experience all around, I have decided to hire an assistant! 🥳I know (and I'm sure many of you do too😅) that I am not the best at keeping up with emails and messages on other platforms, and that there is absolutely room for improvement with the booking process. Having someone to keep up with messages and take over the booking process will allow more time for me to have for actual appointments, and also have less panic attacks about not answering emails for 3 weeks - which I personally am very excited about.😂❤️

REQUIREMENTS - Must Be At Least 18 - Must Have Your Own Computer and/or Smart Phone - Must Be Comfortable Talking to Clients Over The Phone - Must Be Well Spoken, and Great at Communication - Must Be a Positive Human - Must Be Reliable - Must Have Knowledge of Excel/Spreadsheets or At Least Are Able To Learn Quickly! - Must Have Time To Answer Emails 2-3 Times A Week - Must Be Available for Booking Day (1 Day A Month)
What This Job Will Consist Of - Booking Day – Calling Clients Over The Phone, Helping them Select an appointment Day/Time, Taking deposits. - Emailing and Communicating – Answering Emails (Frequently asked questions, booking inquiries, not so frequently asked questions, etc.) - Weekly/Bi-Weekly Meetings to Touchbase or connect to discuss any questions or issues. - Miscellaneous Administrative Duties
